1. How do you stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in Pinterest marketing?
The single best way for me to stay up to date is to use the platform regularly as a user and as a Pinterest Manager.
I get so much out of just seeing client accounts in action with various industries.
In 2024, I was invited to be part of a new Pinterest educator program where I get a lot of insights on what is happening on the platform with the ability to test them out sometimes too.
A few of my other favorite ways is by attending Pinterest events that they put on, reading their newsletter, consuming the Pinterest Create content and hearing things within our communities online.
2. What are the best ways for brands to inspire their audience on Pinterest?
Create the way you would want to create. Your content on Pinterest doesn’t need to be rigid and only within brand guidelines you have set for your company.
If there is a specific demographic you’re looking to attract, go and see how they’re creating and talking about your product, industry, niche.
Use their language without taking it too far and try to be approachable.
3. How can brands benefit from Pinterest in 2025?
If nothing else brands can benefit from the brand awareness Pinterest will bring their businesses going into the future.
A more detailed answer would be this… too many companies are not using Pinterest and when they do they do it haphazardly.
Create boards the same way you would organize your website and pin your content to those boards.
Share your products, landing pages and blog posts. If you have a podcast or YouTube channel share that content too.
Park your content on Pinterest so it’s ready to be found when your audience is searching.
If you’re not there your competitors will just scoop those customers up.

In 2025, I’m helping brands grow through my work in the Pinterest educator program as well as continuing to share insights and tips on YouTube and in my paid membership group.

For instance, we transformed a pin with a plain white background and a 5% engagement rate by adding a colorful background and a clear title.

As business owners, we’re in our content or products every day, but our buyers aren’t.
