If you are looking for a nice and cosy place to stay during your Portugal citytrip in Porto, I have the perfect place for you! During my first visit I had the pleasure to stay at Alegria’s 304 Studio 258 on Rua da Alegria in Porto which I booked on the airbnb website.
My first airbnb booking
After I decided to go to Porto, the next thing to do was to look for a place to stay. I noticed that a few fellow bloggers booked their accomodation through airbnb. On the airbnb website (or app) you can rent an unique accomodation from local hosts in 190 countries.
If you want to know more please read the airbnb about page. I thought it would be great to stay in the city centre. There I would be surrounded by the Portuguese people, shops, cafés and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance, including the metro station.
The 304 Alegria’s Flat is located on Rua da Alegria and was all I needed to enjoy my stay in Porto.
Alegria’s 304 Studio 258 in Porto
Yes! I booked the studio for one week and will stay from September 8 till September 15. The studio felt like I was home. I had everything I need. The apartment was modern, clean and fully equipped with a kitchen, tv, wifi, washer, clean towels, air conditioning. Even a small balcony.
Before I arrived I communicated with Sónia. She is the owner of the apartement. Sónia explained everything I need to know. When I arrived in Porto, her friend Therese was there to give me a warm welcome. Therese showed me how to use everything in the apartment and shared the “must visit” places in Porto.
After this I was ready to enjoy my stay in Porto. I was very excited and curious to know everything about Porto. Ready to relax and enjoy my vacation.
